TV Reality
You know censorship/propaganda is one thing, but it takes 2 sides...if people want to believe everything the TV tells them and not bother going to find out for themselves then that's their own problem. I think some people, no, A LOT of people like living in dreamland where everything that's on TV is REAL whether its a movie or the news, it helps them save for the iPhone 6.2 without feeling like the sheep that they are.

Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa)
Its a wonder this stuff is not more known, well its not really surprising considering how this world really operates or should I say is operated by the powers that be. I mean think of all the money the pharma companies would lose out on if we were all using this stuff for EVERYTHING. and it seems to be for everything, from cancers, tumours & asthma to minor issues such as decreased lactation & acne.
The Latin name is Nigella Sativa and its seems to be sent from the GODS, whoever they may be.
Here are some examples I found on another site. But please research this to see if what it can do for your personal cross you are bearing:
Acne:
Half a teaspoon of Nigella sativa oil in a bowl of hot water, vapour bath with a towel over head.
Increase intake of Zinc.
Asthma and Cough:
Rub the back and chest with nigella sativa oil. Drink one tsp after meals three times a day.
Inhale vapour of boiling water with 1 tsp of oil with a towel over head.
Colds and Flu
1 tsp of nigella sativa oil three times a day. Drink hot lemon with honey.

1 tsp of nigella sativa oil with orange juice for 10 days.

Family Entertainment
Being in 'some' families is like being in the zoo!
But there's a difference.. sometimes you get sucked into behaving like the entertainment.
You have to realize when not to behave like the monkeys behind the bars, ur also not allowed to throw bananas for a reason or they keep looking for more and when you run out they get a bit pissed off.

Working OUT
Made it to the gym today for the 1st time in a year!
I always think going to the gym is like sex.
(Let me first make it clear this is the viewpoint of a working mother of 2 'happy to be alive' boys.)
You KNOW its good for you. You KNOW it will make you feel better. You KNOW your back muscels need loosening up.
You just cant bring yourself to get ready for it, its the preparation. What to wear?... should i shave my legs? hmm will it even be noticed that I havent shaved in 2 whole days?
And so you dont...instead you sit on the couch watching tv, eating shite, or you go to bed and forget all about it coz your sleepy and then you dont really miss anything.
Or...
OR...
you DO..
And its the best thing you could have done. Why dont I do this more often? Why do I say I am too tired when I KNOW I will feel better... sleep better... and have less back pain the next day?
So back to the gym tomorrow I think ;-)

Rabbit Hole
Enough people have heard of The Secret (i think) or have heard of the Law of Attraction in some form or another. Some people maybe even heard of and saw the documentaries: What the Bleep do We Know? and the 2nd part to it... Down The Rabbit Hole.
I watched all a few years ago now and have to say I ventured down that rabbit hole with a mixture of hope and skepticism, not too much, just enough to not feel like I was getting sucked into anything too crazy, e.g. royals who turn into aliens etc.( a possibility judging by some facial features but I'll saty skeptical on that one....for now..)
So I have read stuff from Gregg Braden, Wayne Dyer and Eckhart Tolle to name a (popular) few. This, to date nameless, philosophy fascinates me. While reading about it, listening to it or watching it I am totally convinced it works it just makes SENSE. Listening to Esther Hicks/Abraham has all the answers for me and my issues/dilemmas.
However I still get caught up in 'real life' once i havent paid attention to it for about a week and get dragged into arguments, drama and strife after a few months. Does anyone else find this? How do you stay 'there' ? in the vortex? connected to the field? to the divine matrix? Do you need to meditate every day? who has time for that? i know your supposed to make time but really 2 kids and a job an hours drive away (with no traffic that is) kinda zaps my energy... but then i am spending time on this laptop now moaning about not having enough time which will attract me having more 'not enough time' and so on... so am gonna go do that now.. MEDITATE...
will just check if theres nothing really good on tv first though.
will post a lot on this topic later on as my thoughts become clear enough to post.

Wafflr to set up own business
Wafflr? yes i chose that as 'waffler' had already been taken, and I chose waffler as thats basically what I will be doing here...just waffling away with random thoughts. I originally thought of the name 'What to do'which apparently is not very original but that is the biggest question running through my head lately ..."What to do?"
And thats how I started this blogging stuff, I was encouraged to set up my own business for financial reasons but as I have no real tangible 'skill set' I was at a lost as to what kind of business to go into. I work in finance and I have studied it but not to the extent of letting anyone trust me with their finances, and to be honest its not my 'passion', ye know? it pays the bills and i like my colleagues but I look forward to the weekend , I want a job where i look forward to Monday as somebody else said, I am too lazy to google it at the moment.
So anyway a kind of business i am good at and really like doing? hmmm not as easy as you think...so...what to do?
